Bible study at the Round Table
Our grandson Noble Wulffraat, a first-grader, has always loved being read to and now is just as enthusiastic about reading alone. He even began reading the family Bible to himself, but found it pretty slow going. His birthday was coming soon, so he told his mother he wanted a Bible of his own, “But not the King Arthur version-it’s way too hard!”

Sound stewardship
The building committee at a growing congregation was preparing its proposal to build a new, larger church. Over several meetings and late-evening discussions, the committee passed the following resolutions to take before the voters assembly:
- We shall build a new church.
- The new building is to be located on the site of the old one.
- Much of the material in the old building is to be used in the new one.
- We shall continue to use the old building until the new one is completed.
