Lutheran Witness: January 2010

Happy New Year. And welcome to the 129th year of
The Lutheran Witness. In this day and age, that is an achievement for a publication of any kind. Truly, we have been blessed.

Through all those years we have been blessed also with
faithful readers as we have sought to, in the words of Rev. Charles A. Frank, the first editor of The Lutheran Witness, “bring home to Americans the solid and sound doctrine and practical truths expounded by the Lutheran church.”
